This was my first experience with Salon SOCA. The facility was light and bright and very clean. I was extremely happy with my hair cut done by Michelle Jones. She knows how to cut short hair. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a great haircut! I will be back!

I have searched high and low in the tri cities and abingdon area for someone who has experience dealing with curly hair and I am excited to say, I finally found her! I came in to get blonde highlights using the foils, as my roots needed retouching and my blonde had gone too brassy. Well, Kayla, did a fantastic job and meticulously prepped and processed my hair to the point where I felt I had never been so well taken care of in a salon before! She really paid attention to my needs and wants. When all was said and done, I felt like a princess, the coloration and highlights looked natural and my hair has never felt this healthy! I felt stunning! Thanks to Kayla, my hair looks fabulous and my husband lives it!

My facial was great. Recommend a private room space that’s a little bigger and a ceiling so that it’s more quiet and private.

I didn’t have an appointment, but I called in from Washington state to have a gift card provided for my step mom in Tennessee. Front desk staff was very accommodating to my request, and even went above and beyond to give her a call to schedule so that it would be a surprise. They called her and she was completely stoked to have an appointment at a salon with such a “high class” reputation:) Great customer service!

I basically paid a level 1 hairstylist $215.00 for a trim and to have my hair color to look identical to the color it was when I walked in. Requesting to add dark brown to my light brown color shouldn’t have been difficult to accomplish, unless the incorrect shade was mixed from the start. I do not make scenes in any business nor do I want to hurt any feelings. However, I have had my hair colored and cut in the past by you all and never experienced such a disappointment until now. $215.00 wouldn’t be a big deal had I received the dark brown color I requested. I feel as if I were scammed from this waste of time and money and I will encourage other potential clients to seek hair appointments elsewhere.

Chloe is a WONDERFUL asset to this salon! Every appointment I’ve had with her has been amazing! I got a Brazilian wax done and was super nervous, I’ve never had someone make me feel so comfortable in my own skin like she did! She is so talented at everything she does, it was so nice to talk with her as well, she is the sweetest!

They fit me in same day. The stylist was knowledgeable on my hair type and did a fantastic job. Friendly and took her time to make sure it was a good job.

Very impressed with the service and the product , though everything felt very metered . I DID think that it was strange to tack on another fee for \"extra product \" when the service should\'ve covered whatever it took to do the job . I did not understand that extra fee and it made me feel that \"extra product \" is always needed .

KAyla did a great job! The color and cut turned out perfect. The only issue I had is the lighting in the salon is terrible. I thought the color was a mess, but it was only the poor lighting, and not the color job at all. I was nervous for a bit. But my hair looks great!
